Shi Dolor explaining 1st Person Program

ShiFT Focus: personalisation, immersive strategy, founder experience, burnout recovery, execution-first frameworks, program innovation

Definition

1st Person Program (or 1PP) is a framework and philosophy I developed so anyone can create & deliver a one-to-many personalised service, learning or engagement experience that is scalable. (Hi, I’m Shi Dolor—slightly obsessed with helping entrepreneurs succeed & creator of The ShiFT).

1PP places the ‘experiencer’ at the centre of a tailored and immersive journey, empowering them to actively shape their outcomes—often resulting in dramatically higher success rates than static, one-size-fits-all programs.

Use Case or Example

1PP as a concept began as my answer to solving the burnout & ‘The Overwhelm’ loop that most founders unknowingly sign up for. You know the one—where you’re handed another cookie-cutter strategy, fill out a 50-page workbook, and still end up thinking, "But how do I actually implement this?"

That question is where 1PP begins.

I created a personalised success framework for entrepreneurs to launch their business, I called it Pathwizr. Pathwizr is an immersive business-building and learning experience where you’re the main character. Instead of being told what to do, you’re guided through a dynamic framework that adapts to your goals, decisions, and real-time progress. Less lecture, more execution. Less overwhelm, more "ohhh, this makes sense for ME."

If traditional programs are like sitting through a long seminar, a 1st Person Program like Pathwizr is like stepping into a step-then-implement strategy simulation. You’re not just learning. You’re playing, deciding, refining—and actually moving with momentum.

I built Pathwizr using the 1PP approach. It’s not a static roadmap—it’s a responsive, goal-driven journey. It mirrors the kind of brand building support I used to only offer 1-on-1, now scaled and systemised so more people can access it, finish it, and win with it.

Key Takeaways

  • 🎮 1PP makes the user the driver, not the passenger. Strategy unfolds based on what they do, not just what they’re told.

  • 🧠 It prioritises clarity and decision-making in the moment—not vague instructions or complicated theories.

  • 🚀 The goal? Execution that actually fits the ‘experiencer’. No more forcing square pegs into round funnels.

Note From Shi

A 1st Person Program is not just a philosophy it's a powerful strategy to create an empowering experience that makes every experiencer feel seen, supported, and capable of achieving their goals. Start by asking: how can you design a 1PP programme that feels like it was tailor-made for your unique audience?

Want to try a 1PP for yourself? Experience phase one of Pathwizr completely free so you can see what it feels like to finally have a strategy that moves with you. It’s not your regular program. It’s a shift.
